My Favorite Things: Non-Soy 100% Canola Oil Cooking Spray

In my last "My Favorite Things" post I talked about my amazing Misto Olive Oil Sprayer that I've been using to replace the soy containing cooking sprays that I once used. I haven't been able to find a cooking spray that didn't contain soy, until last weekend when I went camping. The campground provided a mini gas stove, pots, and cooking spray. At first, I didn't use the spray because I just knew that it would have soy and would be disappointed yet once again, but after a few meals, I got curious and read the label. To my surprise this cooking spray did NOT contain the evil soy and was actually safe for me to use! It is made with 100% canola oil by the Bakers & Chefs brand and is sold at Sam's Club. Unfortunately, I do not have a Sam's here in NYC but I did find it here on Amazon.com! This is definitely a great alternative if you are not completely sold on the Misto Sprayer.
